And when I recently had the opportunity to peer through the lense of a Melbourne photographer who is getting into the world and capturing what has captured a piece of his soul, I couldn’t help but feel the familiar pull.
Dean Raphael’s peace-fueling composition, muted vibrancy and subtle storytelling have effectively done what I believe all art should… In me, he’s evoked an emotional response and inspired action.
As I write this, I’m planning my next trip to the desert where I can escape into nature’s embrace and allow my senses to consume her all-encompassing beauty.
